   Hello i wanted to know on my 1999 saab 9-5 SE turbo if there is any way of replacing the syncros with out taking it out of my car?

     Fifth gear maybe in the car if they have all the tools. Otherwise better to look to a saab recycler for a good used gearbox. Goldwing is a good start.
